That's why they are recorded.
When they are no longer in use, we invite you to return them to us so that they can be recycled into new toys.
How does it work?
Your child received a Simple toy. (Lucky you!)
- Save it by filling out the template in the form below.
- Your child has grown up (yes, that's right...) and no longer plays with it. Return the toy to us free of charge by filling out the information in the second section of the form.
- We will send you the return slip.
- Upon receipt of the toy, you will receive the associated deposit (€2) in return.
- Depending on its condition, the toy will be recycled into a new toy or reconditioned to live a well-deserved second life.

Our early learning toys are returnable. This is part of our DNA and the Simple concept because we believe in one thing: a toy should only be used for playing.
We are committed to evolving in a virtuous loop enabled by the circular economy.
Our toys are made from a single material, recycled plastic, without glue or screws so that they can be fully recycled at the end of their life.
Thus, each of our toys is intended to become the raw material for a new toy tomorrow.
But this virtuous circle can only continue with you. When you register and return a toy, you help prevent further waste. You contribute to the creation of a new product made from recycled materials and support numerous jobs in France.

How does the deposit work?
Each toy is unique, with a code inside each box. Register it to activate the deposit. When the toy is no longer in use, send it to us for free using the registered information. Upon receipt of the toy, we will return the deposit to you, which can be used on our website or shared. Depending on its condition, the toy will be recycled to make a new one or reconditioned as a used toy.
Can I return toys from other brands?
No, that's not possible. Our toys are eco-designed and designed for end-of-life from the very beginning. This means we have complete control over their life cycle. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to recycle other brands' toys.
I donated a Simple toy. Who will benefit from the deposit?
The deposit will be given to the person returning the toy to us. No proof of purchase is required; everything happens directly with the toy registration.
What if the toy is damaged?
All Simple toys, regardless of their condition, can be returned to us. The deposit will be refunded to you upon receipt of the package. Depending on their condition, they will be recycled or reconditioned.
In what form is the deposit returned?
The deposit is written on the back of each toy box. It is paid in the form of a voucher to be used on a future toy.
Do I have to use the toy box to return it?
Of course not. To return toys, you can use any boxes (shoes, etc.) available to you.
What happens to returned toys?
We receive and inspect them. Depending on their condition, they will either be recycled and transformed into new toys or cleaned and reconditioned as used toys.
When will I receive my voucher?
Once we receive the toy(s), we will send you a promo code to use on our site!
